Store Policies
Like the shows we put on the field, the Madison Scouts want to keep our fans satisfied when it comes to the products you buy at Madison Gear.

Payment - you can make purchases from the online store via credit card or PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. When purchasing using a credit card you will be redirected to PayPal for authorization.

PayPal & Credit Cards

Quality - we strive to create and purchase high quality products from our vendors. But every now and then, something just may not be to your satisfaction. If that is the case, contact us to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund for any defective items or for when you have received the wrong size.

Product Returns - because we are a fund raising organization, we only provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for items that are defective or that are not the size that you ordered.

Credit Card Processing - your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, your card will be credited the full amount. For items that are back ordered, you will be charged once we ship you the product.

Back Orders - it would be great if we were Amazon and had everything in stock, but we don't. We try to manage our inventory very carefully so as not create any financial burden for the corps. For that reason, there may be times that a product is put on back order. We have agreements with our vendors that we can replenish stock in about 7-10 days. If that won't work for you, we understand. We can cancel any order upon request.

Profits - the Madison Scouts are a non-profit 501(c)(3) and the money raised from the selling of promotional items represents about 10% of our annual operating budget. 100% of the profit (sale price less cost of the item) goes directly into the operating budget of the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps. We greatly appreciate your support of this organization.

Expectations - Madison Gear is operated with a volunteer staff. As a result, we cannot provide 24/7 support and turnaround on orders. We do have the ability to get your ordered fulfilled within 2-3 days of it being submitted. We add a few more people during the holidays to make sure Christmas gifts get out in time. If your order cannot be processes in a timely fashion, we will contact you. We appreciate your patience.
